"PEACE PROCESS IN NORTHERN IRELAND: A UNIONIST
VIEW"
PETER ROBINSON, MP, TO ADDRESS THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE ON AMERICAN
FOREIGN POLICY
The National Committee on American Foreign Policy will host a luncheon
discussion, "Peace Process in Northern Ireland: A Unionist
View," with Peter Robinson, MP, Deputy Leader of the Democratic
Unionist Party (DUP), on Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at the Mutual
of America Building (320 Park Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets)
on the 35th Floor. The luncheon will begin at 12 noon.
Peter David Robinson is a Democratic Unionist Party Member of Parliament
for East Belfast. He is a member of the Northern Ireland Assembly
for the same constituency, and has been Deputy Leader of the DUP
since 1980.
The National Committee on American Foreign Policy was founded in
1974 by Professor Hans J. Morgenthau and others. It is a nonprofit,
activist organization dedicated to the resolution of conflicts that
threaten U.S. interests. Toward that end, the NCAFP identifies,
articulates, and helps advance American foreign policy interests
from a nonpartisan perspective within the framework of political
realism.
Members of the press wishing to attend should contact Monica Scott,
212-224-1146.
